I was pleasantly surprised when And Services said they could have a technician at my house within 2-3 hours. Even better they would diagnose my concern And give me an estimate all at no charge !

I am always on guard to not be taken advantage of but this company is the real deal. Not only did they diagnose my electrical problem they did a very thorough free inspection of my entire house. They repaired my primary concern and left me with a detailed report on the entire house.

Alan was my technician and he was polite, clean, professional and explained everything
to me. He was “Five Star” I will use this company again and will tell everyone about how great they were.

John is a great educator and provided me with information about my AC system and it’s operation plus maintenance needs. Just the AC system operation education he provided alone was an eye opener. John was very professional and easy to talk to. I appreciate his low key options to provide a yearly maintenance program as well as improvements to my AC for cleaner air in my home. 5 Stars for John!!

I called AND because my regular A/C guy was on vacation and the guy covering him never answered me. Corey came over the same day and immediately diagnosed and made a repair to help us get the house cooled down after 5 days of 90+ degrees. Unfortunately my system was too poorly maintained (we just purchased the home) and it needed a full replacement. Corey and his supervisor Bryan spoke with me over over an hour trying to help us the most they could and explaining every single thing I had questions about. We have 4 dogs and everyone was overheating at this point. Corey was able to get us a floor unit to keep things cool while we waited only 1 day for a full A/C replacement (incredible!). Don and Alberto arrived on Monday and replaced the whole system while I was at work. Coming home to a cool house for the first time in days was amazing beyond words. I casually mentioned to Corey that my guest bathroom tub was clogged and while Dan and Alberto were setting up our a/c Brandon (plumber) arrived to remedy that as well! Similarly, Brandon went over every single thing in depth leaving me with no questions or concerns. I know this review is huge but I still feel like I have more positive things to say if that gives you any indication of how much I appreciated their services. Sorry if I missed anyone that helped us during this difficult time! Thank you again.

Again after going through all the other alternatives we called AND Services and they responded quickly to our emergency. Ricky was very helpful knowledgeable and professional, also Martin and the rest of the crew came in and worked quickly efficiently and courteously I would recommend this company in a heartbeat keep up the amazing work.

Highly recommend AND Services for A/C work. We had an emergency. AND AC came and saved the day. We were especially impressed with Cory Thornton. He was responsive, polite and knowledgeable.
We felt comfortable to start a year contract. Would recommend highly.
