Despite being a busy office, staff is courteous, professional, and efficient. Dr Parrack arrives prepared and seems to take a genuine interest in answering all my questions. I trust her expertise, recommend her highly.
My UltraSound scan was done promptly and efficiently. All personnel were friendly and courteous. All medical personnel were informative and took time to explain my questions.
Dr. Parrack, as always, was friendly, professional and showed her obvious care and concern despite her caseload.
Dr Parrack was very informative and explained everything so I could understand. I wasn’t prepared to have an IVC filter out in that day but they I did get it done. I was very impressed with the empathy the nurses showed and they made me feel relaxed. And I loved their hats.
Both the PA and Doctor were terrific.
They were knowledgeable and thorough with clear communication skills. They both were very warm, with a great bedside manner.
Dr parack was excellent .she was familiar with my medical issues , answered my questions and spent time with me ...and would have spent more if necessary. Her concern for me was refreshing in an area where most doctors seem uninterested in me as a person and unchallenged by my case must be very bored
