  We had our first showing of the Botanic.
  Our sales agent was Elizabeth. She was just fantastic, very welcoming and pleasant and knowledgeable. She was also very detailed when it came to the property and its amenities. She took her time to show us the units, answer all of our questions and find us exactly what we were looking. She was just all around great!

  Been living here for about 6 months now. Great complex within walking distance of Waterside. Very dog friendly.
  
  Aside from amenities, maintenance staff is very friendly and consistently work hard to keep these luxury apartments up to par.
  
  The front office is really the highlight. Sam and Elizabeth do a phenomenal job. Both go above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise with residents whilst maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment. Their professionalism and kindness exceeds all standards and warrants nothing but respect.

  What a great place to live! We were lucky to move into a fourth floor corner unit with a wraparound balcony, 14 foot ceilings and clerestory windows, very modern finishes and great closets and baths. Elevator) Fabulous light! The amenities are over the top, 24 hour true fitness center, resort pool, great meeting and social spaces. Walk to Waterside restaurants, shops, music, food truck Wednesday and Sunday farmers market. Also volleyball on teal beach sand along the lakeside. Check out Botanic! You’ll love it.

  Elizabeth is awesome! She is very personable, sweet and efficient. I did not know what to expect moving into an apartment as it has been 35 years since I have lived in one.
  I moved from a house on five acres in Venice to Botanic. She made the process very welcoming and is always pleasant and informative.
  
  Loved the experiece of moving in and living here!

  Living in paradise. From the amenities, to the friendly attentive staff, we love living at the Botanic! Great place for families and pet friendly!! Our kids love renting out the cinema and enjoying a fun movie with all the fixings (popcorn, sodas, and candy bar included). The pool is the best, and the fitness center has everything you need! Working from home has been great with the option to use the office spaces or conference room. We are so sad to be leaving since our house is finally finished, but have greatly enjoyed our time here and the amazing friendships we have made along the way!
