From working with Rick and Phil on the design, Wendy on the coordination and Greg on the installation the experience was great. Greg the installer is old school where he actually takes pride in his work. His attention to detail is clear in the end result. Everyone who has seen the finished result said the kitchen is beautiful. Doing the design remotely was actually pretty easy and the overall cost of the project came in at budget. I would highly recommend Smart Choice.

We worked with Rick to measure, design and order a complete set of 22 upper and lower cabinets. Rick patiently explained cabinet options and pros/cons for many ideas we had for our kitchen design. The ordering went smoothly, but the shipper did damage several items. So, Rick and Wendy quickly resolved our issues and replaced items, as needed. The final install looks great and just what we hoped for.

The first encounter began with the quoting process. Smart choice was extremely responsive as I iterated through the design, each time within minutes sending me back modified drawings and pricing.

I was quite pleased that the pricing was virtually the same as I was finding in the big box retailers and I felt more comfortable working in their environment. They took the order and arranged an installer to install our cabinets for us at a very reasonable price. A fraction of what the big box wanted.

When the cabinets were shipped, there was a bit of a hitch with the shipping company. The staff and president jumped right in to get the shipment expedited. I am most grateful for all of the efforts they put into getting the cabinets to me on a timely basis.

Smart Choice Cabinets -Timberlake Cabinet Dealers did a retrofit of our kitchen lower cabinets replacing doors having a fixed half shelf with two drawers in place of each door and shelf. Their service was excellent, the staff - Wendy, Brant, Rick - very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful to work with. The installation was completed this past Saturday and we were able to finally unpack all the items that go in. It's already so much easier to find what we need. We are in our 70's and the days of doing contortionist and acrobatic bending and stretching are past! This is a company that knows what they're doing and they do it superbly.

I needed to replace a cabinet door in my newly built home. I called the builder who directed me to Home Depot. That was a waste of time because Home Depot did not carry the color is needed; Maple Espresso. Instead I was offered Cherry Wood?!
