Working with Ryan to schedule my new roof was a breeze. Great guy and very responsive to my calls and texts. Nate was the foreman on the day of the work and was very knowledgeable in answering any and all questions as well as keeping me informed on any additional issues that were found once the old roof was removed. The crew that did the work was awesome and knocked the project out in a day. As far as I’m concerned, Fidus is the best, most reputable roofing company in St. Augustine.

I would highly recommend Fidus Roofing if you’re in need of roof work. I’m an absentee landlord so their communication was very important to me. After making an inquiry for an estimate for a shingle roof and a metal roof, Ryan P came out the next day and gave me quotes for both, as well as, the pros and cons of each which was very helpful. Bonnie coordinated the installation and even though a hurricane passed through after the material was delivered, the installation was done right after the hurricane passed. Nate Morton was the on site project manager and supervised a very professional crew of installers. I came up the day of the installation and was very impressed with the job they did. So happy I picked Fidus!

The entire process of having to have a new roof put on was made so much easier thanks to the professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff, and especially the hard working crew doing the install. It was so easy to get an estimate, get all our questions answered, and get exactly the roof we wanted, while also getting some new skylights installed.
The foreman and crew showed up exactly when they promised, the entire process was easy and painless, and the crew did an absolutely phenomenal job at removing the old roof and installing the new roof and skylights. It was done with such a quickness, but also with the highest quality and a great cleanup to ensure a job well done.
