  Bought and Sold through Mitch at Aparo Griffin Properties. The whole Aparo Griffin Team was there every step of the way. They really took the time to make sure all ends were covered. The made the whole buying and selling process a comfortable and smooth experience. A lot of credit to the Aparo Griffin Team in their preparation and follow through.   Kathy is amazing! She's extremely knowledgeable because of her many years in the field, and she's unreservedly generous with her knowledge. As an agent for a buyer, she's genuinely interested in matching the customer with the best house for them, not just in making a sale. A few years ago she spent many hours showing me houses and I ended up not purchasing; she did not complain even once, and gave me genuine good wishes on the other housing solution I found. This time she represented me in the purchase of an as-is property and gave me great advice about what to look for, as well as stellar follow-up throughout the purchase process. Kathy's attitude is positive and upbeat and she listens to what her client needs and wants. I also value the diversity of the staff she hires and the team spirit she nurtures among them.
