  Xandria always has the ladies room smelling WONDERFUL!! Since she has been at RLF I have noticed a change in the cleanliness of our gym. Keep up the good work Xandria!! RLF you guys have a GEM!!!

  It’s an amazing gym friendly staff it’s clean it’s a big gym there have a woman only section there have a place for kids it’s like a little play place there have a sauna clean showers and bathrooms they have a big locker room they have someone who does CrossFit training there it’s in a good area near a place that sells protein shakes and everything it’s the perfect gym 😂

  Real Life is such a great gym! I’ve been a member for several years and have been happy with it! The staff are so encouraging and attentive. The facility had been updated tremendously in the last year and has everything you could possibly want to use in a workout! I highly recommend!

  This is a great facility! Fun classes, good selection of equipment, hours are perfect. The staff is friendly and the childcare area is well stocked and supervised. I love the women's weight room. It's helped me gain a lot of confidence in my working out!

  Fabulous gym with talented trainers and staff! I have never been one to really be interested in "going to the gym" on a regular basis until I discovered Real Life Fitness in Cartersville, GA! I love the group fitness options and all the equipment they offer! Interested in a trainer? They have you covered in that area as well! I seriously enjoy my trainer: she is SO sweet and encouraging! She does a great job with keeping in contact with me through out the week, even on days when I'm training on my own and I really appreciate that! Not to mention that the owners of this gym are BOMB! To say the least, I am more than pleased with my experience and I highly recommend this individually owned gym where the staff and owners treat you like family! I LOVE it here! :-)

The FOB door is located at the end of the gym in between PT Solutions Physical Therapy and our racquetball courts where you can access 24 hours a day.
