The V fit gym is a great place to have fun, get fit and achieve your goals. I have been fortunate enough to participate in the nutrition program.
Coach Joy and Coach Roshaun are the best. They really care about you and are with you every step.of the way. The are very knowledgeable have lots of tips and tricks, and are the biggest cheerleaders They have taught me a better nutritious way of eating. Having a blast. Come join us💜

I am finishing up my last week of the 6 Week Nutrition Challenge at The V, & it was a real learning experience for me! I have had & still need to make a lot of changes, changes that needed to be made. Coach Roshaun & Coach Joy were with me every step of the way with the help when & needed & always encouragement! I did not want to be accountable, but now realized I needed to be! I have learned so much to help with my nutrition. Thanks again to the great coaching & The V !!!

I started The V- Premier Fitness back in Sept 2021. I was very hesitant on joining a CrossFit gym due to my fitness level. Since joining I’m so glad I made decision to join cause Archie, all of the trainers and class members are amazing. All the workouts are challenging and can be modified based on fitness level. So you don’t have to worry about how heavy some people are going as long as you’re challenging & pushing yourself. That’s all that really matters! Give The V- Premier Fitness a chance, you will not be disappointed I assure you.

I decided to check this gym out and joined their spring fitness challenge (6 week program). The staff provided resources: plan booklet, recommended food tracking apps, fitness classes, and contact with nutrition coaches. I had a great experience and learned so much during the process! Well earned 5/5 for me.

Just finished a 28 Day Challenge and it was great! They helped me map out a clear plan for success that was stress free. There was prizes, videos, and plenty of resources. They even linked me with an accountability buddy. An affordable investment!
