(May 5, 2023, 4:58 pm)Been coming here for a few months, the place is clean and people are friendly. Great place to start your fitness journey. Also the location is great, it's right next to Kroger so you can make a quick stop for groceries after.

(April 19, 2022, 11:31 am)Great place to workout especially during off peak hours! I usually go after 8pm but anytime is fine really. The equipment is good enough to get a full workout in and there are sanitizing bottles aplenty to wipe down the equipment before and after use. The locker room is small and could have more tables and whatnot. This is the only thing of concern but its nothing major.
