Excellent service! The technician was professional, very knowledgeable about the Lennox i-Comfort Thermastat heating/cooling system, and very thorough. The customer service rep was professional and got us scheduled right away. I liked receiving a text with a photo of who I should expect in our home to work on our system and a short description telling about them. The technician notified us with an ETA and arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do, was able to explain the problem and how he fixed it, and we have cool air again. I will be using them for semi-annual maintenance! I’m thankful to have found them and feel we have paid a good price for the service we received! Highly recommend!
The service was great. Professional. The technician was very helpful. But, even with the issue, my a/c was working. Now that he came it doesn't even turn on, so no a/c at all, which is very disappointing. You are getting the business of me purchasing from you, why not let it work a little until I get the new one. That's the only thong. Rachel Collins was great!
Very friendly and professional and he explained everything that caused drain to stop up. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to my friends and family. And fixed it in a timely manner.

I wanna start of with what truly happened and how it got resolved. The sales person who came provided me with excellent customer, he knew his stuff and provide me with great information about there products and which would suit my need. He didn’t try to over sale me something I didn’t need. I have a new ac system and furnace installed with some duct work and the price was incomparable to other companies I called, there financial options where absolutely outstanding which made the price of the unit just that much more affordable. Moving forward to the installation, this part gets a bit rocky. I had two crews come out, the first crew was suppose to be my original crew for installation. There craftsmanship wasn’t the best, I will say it was concerning and I was completely dissatisfied. I had air leaks to the basement and unfinished work, that was told to get a contractor to finish when in fact I paid Assured Comfort to install. I called the company and notified them of the issue and the following day they sent out a supervisor with a different crew! This new crew which consisted of (Darryl and Mike) came and completely redid what the previous crew did! The difference was NIGHT and DAY!! When the second crew left they made sure that EVERYTHING was up to par and that I was FULLY satisfied with the system, appearance, and placement of Freon lines! It was an absolute art work of what they did compared to the previous crew. I do highly recommend Assured Comfort as this is the second home I’ve had them install a full system. The previous home was at my moms house. I wish I had before and after photos! The photos provided are of the system of its current status!
