Jones & Jones Plumbing

Recently had some work done by Jones and Jones Plumbing and was very impressive with the company. Both Chris and Justin were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly. Chris and Justin were able to find and repair a leak within my sprinkler system that everyone else came out said they couldn't repair. After months of dealing with this issue we are able to use our sprinkler system again. I would highly recommend Chris and Justin to others.

So my hot water heater sprang a major leak and flooded my downstairs apartment. It was a few days before I discovered it late last night..so I'm good and flooded. My real estate neighbor referred me to Jones & Jones, she even called them for me (good neighbor). Chris was my installer and was here to install a new one by lunch. Chris takes such pride in his work and man does it show. Not sure how you can say a new hot water installed is pretty but mine really is with shinny new copper piping. When Chris finished his job and explained every pipe,how to shut the gas off, how to shut the water off right their on a pipe... yeah. OK mine was 15 yrs old and I'm an older lady as you can tell. I really appreciated how he explained everything to me.

Tommy & his crew are very professional. They answer your request quickly & do a great job. My water heater was replaced in no time & they even cleaned up after! This is my second time to use them & I guarantee I won’t hesitate to call them if I have a plumbing problem in the future! I will recommend them to friends, family & my neighborhood network.

I am very happy with Jones & Jones Plumbing. Tommy was very pleasant to work with, on time and great pricing. Tommy very quickly diagnosed the problem with my leaking shower and scheduled to have the pan rebuilt and tiled with a new drain. He was very quick to answer any and all questions and explaining the situation so I could understand. The mess was very minimal after the tiling and he made sure I was happy before collecting payment. I will definitely use them again & highly recommend!

Tommy Jones was a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem where water was leaking from the ceiling on the first floor of my townhome unit but had to go into the very hot attic area to confirm and then fix the issue. I enjoyed visiting with him as the glue on the repair was drying and learning about his experience in the plumbing trade. Very personable guy. I will definitely be recommending him when ever possible. I hope to see him again if I have another plumbing issue, but no insult intended to Tommy but I hope that is not for a long time.
