  This is a fantastic gym! Very clean space, which is important to me. I had a boxing lesson with Alex and it was a whole lot of fun! He's extremely knowledgeable and was super friendly too. I was completely sold after one session. Honestly very excited to come back!

  We recently moved into the area, and we were looking for a good gym to get our summer bodies. The gym is always clean and smells good, there aren’t any over aggressive patrons screaming at you, and the weights and machines are in peak condition. We got a personal trainer Brian and he’s fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient. If you need a trainer I recommend Brian.

  This is a great gym. The workout equipment is always clean and in top condition. The classes are definitely worth it. I have seen a tremendous difference in my stamina, technique, and tone. Brandon is a great instructor & trainer. Just when I think I can't go any further, I am suddenly doing more than I expected. I am always disappointed when I can't make a class.

  What a great gym! I come in from out of town occasionally, and the guys here set me and a colleague up so we could get in workouts around our travel schedule. Everyone here has been fantastic and friendly. The free weights & equipment are really good—something for all my needs—and I’ve found it to be uncrowded and easy to get in my work. I appreciate being welcomed and treated so well. This will definitely be my place, and can’t wait to come back.

  Best 24 hour gym in Alpharetta! Very clean & tons of equipment. Facility offers classes such as Boxing, Kickboxing, and Bootcamp. Coaches are knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Top notch gym!
