Chaz Ferrell went above and beyond the call of duty. I was truly impressed with this young lady she's professional, smart, talented & knows the business . She told me I could call her anytime. I did just that I called her during and after business hours and she was always available to help with any questions or concerns I had.Thank you Chaz . My father passed away unexpectedly in Georgia and this funeral home managed the process of transporting him to Michigan. Their customer service was excellent; very responsive and attentive at every step of the process. His body looked so natural and many compliments were given at the funeral on how peaceful he looked; the receiving funeral home was very impressed and had to do little work to prepare him for the funeral. Pastor Cook took time out of his personal schedule to provide us with the details and support we needed during this difficult time. I can't say enough how we were pleased with our experience with Cook Brothers Funeral Home. Thank you for caring for me and my family during such a challenging time.

What a class act! Marcus Cook and family were such a great help to my family whom faced an unexpected loss at such a young age. Having never faced death this way, this establishment showered my family with support, patience, and guidance on how to maneuver through arrangements from start to finish, no detail left uncovered. My family was able to give their mother a proper funeral and found a place to lay her to rest until the resurrection. Forever grateful that the Lord allowed my family to cross paths with The Cooks.
