Barbara was great. She was thorough and professional. It was a fast and straight forward appraisal process related to a re-fi. The appraisal company sent an intro email which clearly explains the data collector and appraisal company arrangement and tells you who's coming to collect the specs. Barbara then called/texted a short time later to setup the appointment the next day.
