She gave countless video tours, and couldn't have done a better job of guiding us through the entire process. And when we found "the one," Jennifer was relentless in making sure that we won the bid. We limited the showing to 2 days and she stayed up late into the night so that I had a spread sheet of all offers including pricing, what if any contingencies they had, their earnest money offer and insured they had pre-approved financing. We closed in 21 days and we well over the listing price. I highly recommend Jennifer
