(March 6, 2023, 10:39 pm)5.5 years of nice living in Dakota Mill Creek. It has been wonderful. It has more than we could expect from a complex and the location can't be beaten! 2-4 minutes to Target and to lots of restaurants and the entire Mall of GA.
I've been renewing year after year since my contract get extended in J&J so I can say my 3 kids just raise in Dakota Mill Creek. Their school... top of the line!
We've never had any issue in all these years but only friendly neighbors, few of them still the same.
The gym is huge, the pool and surrounding: Resort Style. Celenia and other office staff always very friendly and willing to help for anything.
The neighborhood is so quiet so I never heard load music anywhere around.
Our apartment has an attached garage to charge my electric car. That's so convenient also. -

From the office staff to the responsive maintenance team, the Dakota Mill Creek apartment complex has truly given me comfort and a place to call "home". There's a lot of new apartment buildings in the area and I will say, nothing beats the space for the pricing you get too. Great location and highway exits are very close as well.

(October 18, 2022, 7:31 pm)Wow, I’m so surprised of the amount of the petty negative reviews. I moved in, in 2019 and haven’t had any problems with pest or anything beside my microwave handle breaking a few times but each time I’ve put in a maintenance request maintenance comes within a day or two days. The staff in the leasing office is really nice, understanding and helpful. It’s a very quiet and peaceful community. The landscaping is nice, the grounds are kept clean. Before going off the reviews stop by and visit the community yourself 🙂
