Was so excited to discover Country Kickboxing down the street from our vacation rental. Got to get a pads session in with Geremy and it was awesome. He taught me some great combos to add to my training. Geremy has battle tested knowledge plus the patience and intuition to teach. Highly recommended. Will 100% book again on my next trip!

I normally get a little anxious when starting a new hobby or work outclass, but at country kickboxing I felt safe and all my worries went away. Geremy makes an effort to teach me the techniques to be stronger in my combos and kicks, as a beginner. He’s taught me to focus on my breathing and my combinations, a rarity in teaching within an hour class. If you’re wanting to try something new and get the best guidance you gotta come to country kickboxing and fitness. You will not regret it.

Geremy is an incredible trainer. He puts together effective workout programs that include strength training, conditioning and kickboxing. As someone who has worked with her share of trainers, it makes a huge difference when the trainer comes from a professional athletic background. The workouts just hit differently! If you are looking for a killer workout and picking up some new skills, Country Kickboxing is where it's at!

Country kickboxing and fitness with geremy was an awesome experience, great for beginners and experienced levels of training. Geremy is very easy to work with and teaches a lot great techniques with proper form! He will push you to become the beast that you want to be. Overall a 5 star experience for me!
