  I've only been taking classes for a couple of weeks, and already it has made a huge difference in my physical strength and stress level. The instructors are so encouraging, and genuinely care about your success. Such a great atmosphere!

  I have been a member at numerous boutique gyms in many different cities around the US and have never felt more welcomed and appreciated for being a member than at barre3 Eagle. I have taken a class by almost all of the instructors. Each one has their own style and flair that they add to the barre3 experience while challenging you. The hands on adjustments and attention to form ensure I’m not injured but getting the most out of my workout. The positivity is contagious and my day is always best when it starts with barre3. Thank you for all that you do!

  This place is AMAZING! The instructors are seriously the best and nicest around!! Although the workouts are challenging they are very doable for any fitness level. I always leave the studio knowing I just accomplished a great workout for both my body and mind. I actually look forward to working out . Barre 3 in Eagle is everything I’ve been looking for and more! I highly recommend this fitness studio!!!

  I started at Barre 3, Eagle just a little over a month ago. Following a head injury 4 years ago and the recovery time that comes with it I found myself out of shape, unmotivated, and uncomfortable with not only my appearance but my lack of strength and endurance to do the daily activities of life. I was given a release from my doctor to go back to the gym after a year but emotionally and mentally the task of trying to get back to my former self was overwhelming. I would go to the gym, hop on the treadmill to walk, look around at the weights, feel overwhelmed and leave only to return months later to try it again. The idea of having to attack the obvious physical challenge and mentally construct a regimen to start over, while easy to some, was too big for me.
  My sister recently came into town from Texas where she is a Barre instructor for another company and invited me to come do a class at Barre 3 in Eagle. At first i was very hesitant as I was keenly aware of my weakened state and lack of endurance from years of doing nothing. I joined my mother, and 2 sisters for my first class. I was met by the kindest people the instructor and those attending the class alike. Although it was new I didn't feel uncomfortable. The atmosphere was so positive and peaceful. Dannie the instructor was extremely encouraging, empowering and easy to follow. The flow of the class was fantastic. I was pushed physically and mentally but was able to set my pace and felt confident in my performance. Dannie was nothing but encouraging and complimentary.
  
  I have since been 3x a week every week. I have had several different instructors all of which have been top notch. I have been able to notice from class to class my strength and endurance increase. I feel overall more healthy and motivated. I can better handle the demands in my life as I've found physical, mental, and emotional balance through Barre 3.
  
  It may seem a little mellow dramatic to say Barre 3 has saved my life but in my heart I know it has in many ways. I am only 45 years old and I had allowed my physical well-being to plummet over these past 4 years. I know that Barre 3 has had a huge impact on my mental and emotional well being while I juggle my large family and home demands, marriage, church responsibilities, my employment, my daughter's upcoming wedding and my kids athletic schedule/travel demands. Barre 3 is MY TIME....literally the only time in the day I have to just be ME and I value that so much.
  
  I am so thankful to have found them. I still have a gym membership elsewhere but having even given it a second thought. My heart is with Barre 3 for all they have provided me at a time I didn't even know I needed it most. I still doesn't come easy for me and I am pushed to my limit but I leave feeling at peace, empowered, and ready to slay the day.
