  I have really enjoyed F45! There’s a great sense of camaraderie and community, which speaks volumes about the family Dan and Sandy have made at F45! I have enjoyed the 6-week “challenges” which keeps me committed to improvement, and the fun with teams allows me to get to know people I’m training with! Workouts for me are all about having fun and building friendships! This place checks all the boxes!

  Love the trainers, clean facility, easy parking, multiple class times, variety of movements etc etc. It’s so nice to come in and really get a great workout in 45 minutes. The high intensity and creative workouts keeps me interested. It’s concise and super fun overall; highly recommend!

  I joined this gym and was very, very nervous about it. I am extremely out of shape and overweight, and have anxiety about working out in front of people. But, I went for the first session, and was so happy with my decision to step out of my comfort zone and join. The owners are extremely welcoming and meet you right where you are at! There are no mirrors- hallelujah, so it made it so much more comfortable to work out. All the trainers have been fantastic in showing me how to modify certain moves and it truly is a no judgment zone where the trainers AND other members want you to succeed. Very supportive, friendly and positive atmosphere. I already have more energy and am looking forward to see how much better I keep feeling.

  I have been to a few F45s around the valley but the South Eagle location is hands down the best!
  Sandy and Dan are incredible and this shows in the staff they have hired and the environment they have created. I have always felt so welcomed and never awkward. I have highly recommended F45 South Eagle to all my friends, family, and people at work!!
  Wherever you are in your fitness, health, or wellness journey... do yourself a favor and give F45 South Eagle a visit.

  I'm three weeks in to F45 and I go 5-6 times a week and LOVE it! I like to work out but struggle with time, motivation and repetition. Every workout is always different and I never have to plan what I'm going to do or wander the gym to find the equipment I need. And the workouts are amazing! Such a good mix of cardio and strength. The trainers are so kind, helpful, and engaging. Love the music choices as well!
