GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE.. TIFFANY AND JULIE, I appreciate your help and kindness. Had issues with my service in which my account said voluntarily disconnet, which i didn't do, chatted with customer service, called customer service early in the morning and after 45 minutes of going back and forth they referred me to go to the store. Since i had a great experience a few years back with the North Avenue store , I went back and had another great experience. They took care of my situation with no problem. Waited 5 min and I was out in 10 min.. These Ladies are awesome. FORGET CALLING OR CHATTING Just go into the store.
