I picked the product I wanted online through the store. Chatted with a store salesperson. Amy answered all my questions quickly. Placed my order. Received my receipt and approximate shipment arrival date. Excellent experience with Amy. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Will most definitely get our next upcoming appliances from Grand appliance and tv!!

During A holiday weekend a refrigerator went out and we needed to be replaced I called at least four other places and they all pretty much laughed so that they couldn’t do it will be two weeks before they get to us or at least 10 days. My salesman was fantastic and was able to deliver the fridge the Saturday which is in two days thank you ground planes you got a new customer for life

Worked with Aimee Cornelio over the phone to order a new refrigerator. She was courteous, professional, and polite. She put us on list for early delivery in case of any cancellation. Although that didn't happen, we did get the refrigerator delivered when promised. The delivery process was done professionally with phone calls and messages with updates. Very happy with the service.
