  Small Japanese grocery store that has a nice variety of foods. The cafe has a really good restaurant with a variety of offerings at reasonable prices. The restaurant is quite busy at lunch time.

  One of the best places to buy fresh seafood. You get sushi grade fish here. Plus it has a small restaurant in the back serving really good food

  A mid-size very Japanese grocery with a kitchen you order at its counter w/ sitting area at the back of store. Famous for freshest fish and season per their claim and the res is quite good. Worth visiting and see for yourself if you have never been there.

  My absolute favorite place to eat in the Chicago/Wood Dale area. The people and the food are top notch and the prices are fantastic. Casual atmosphere and food court decor. Honest and friendly staff both at the register and the food counter. I've eaten almost everything on the menu at least once now and I can definitely say it's all delicious and not Americanized in the least. I keep coming back every time I'm in town.
  
  I haven't purchased anything from the main grocery store section so I can't speak to that, only the food court.

  Best Japanese food in the whole world (and I’ve been to many different ones in different countries). People are respectful and food is super flavorful. God bless these people, they are amazing! I’m a huge fan of this restaurant and every time I go to Chicago, I eat there ❤️❤️❤️❤️
