(November 1, 2018, 9:14 am)We had an incident where my German Shepherd ate something he shouldn’t have that was left out where he could get to it. It was the humans fault. The service and care received at this animal ER was simply the best. They cared for him overnight and kept us updated like he was their own. I love them for loving our our dog like we would.

(August 20, 2018, 7:39 pm)The place is pricey because obviously animals are expensive but it is all worth it if you love so close and dearly to your pet. I brought my guinea pig who is 5 years old here after me and my girlfriend discovered that she was limping on her feet. It turned out that her foot was swollen and that she somehow twisted her leg. We still don't know how that happened but the doctor and nurses that were there were very friendly and helpful and gave us medicine that would get the swelling down and after about a week and a half later, our wonderful penny is walking again and eating happy with her sisters!

We had to take one of our guinea pigs in at 2am last night because he was very sick. What could have been an incredibly traumatizing experience for my 11 year old son was made much easier by the staff at this hospital.
The doctor we saw (I wish I could remember her name) was patient with my many questions. She was honest while still showing the right amount of sensitivity.
The technician/receptionist at the front desk was kind and caring as well. We ended up choosing to euthanize our sweet boy to ease his suffering, and it was handled with care and sensitivity for all of us, but especially for my son, which I appreciate more than I can express.
Yes, emergency services might end up being expensive and you might still lose your dear pet at any hospital you choose...but please understand that this is a sad part of pet ownership, and the staff here handled our situation very well. Our final bill was completely affordable and more than fair. The staff at this hospital did everything they could in every way to help us with our grief, including sending us home with a client pamphlet to help us better care for our remaining guinea pig, and trimming fur clippings for my son.
I should also state that I myself am a veterinary technician (I do not work with exotics or birds, however) and from a professional standpoint I recommend this hospital to other owners.
Thank you for easing our pain and being professional, honest, and kind.
