Vincent was able to explain to the issue with the battery, the various types of batteries available and walk me through the purchase. The customer service I received was impeccable. I will definitely be back!

(December 19, 2018, 3:09 pm)Customer service is great. It was one of the snowy days, and all shops were busy, so I tried to stop by this place. I’ve met Vincent, so he let me drop off my car and mount new tires during next day when they would have time between other appointments. They did great job! I have lowered 2017 Mustang with 19 inch wheels with low profile tires. Another shops wasn’t able even to put my car on the lift, some of them doesn’t have equipment to deal with low profile tires. So I’m pretty satisfied of everything!

(November 6, 2018, 1:10 pm)Came in for a tire rotation at Nation Tire & Battery and was suggested to get the steering aligned as well. Both jobs were performed within the time I was given. There was a slight oversight which was quickly corrected amounting in little time lost for me. They also tested my battery and struts and made recommendations based on the results. Was very satisfied with the work performed by NTB.
