  The service guy who helped me was great he told me everything i needed to know about my car needs. He was very helpful and kind.

  The quality of the service is really high, people are nice and professional. The price of a conventional oil is only 46.71 after tax and fees. They vacume my rugs, clean exterior windows, also they add windshield water and power steering fluid for free! This guy's receive an A+!

  MY HATS OFF TO NICK AND BARBARA AT JIFFY LUBE STORE #196
  
  Yesterday was oil change day for me. I had been going to a Jiffy Lube competitor but when I was told it would be 2 hours for a oil change and to diagnose my check engine light would be a 1 hour labor charge at $115 plus my synthetic oil change charges I promptly left but not before explaining I would be taking my business to one of the two other competitors within eye sight.
  
  I crossed the street to Jiffy Lube where I met the most genuine, honest, customer friendly employees that I have experienced in retail for a very long time.
  
  Nick and Barbara are by far two of the MOST: helpful, knowledgeable, genuine people I have met in a business setting. They care about the service they provide! They both went out of their way to treat me as a valued customer! The amenities that come with a Jiffy Lube oil change are second to NONE! Stop in and have one of these outstanding employees share their knowledge with you and I will bet you that your experience will leave you satisfied with the money and savings you will receive. I know I am now a Jiffy Lube patron for life! Oh and they diagnosed my check engine light as a courtesy.

Great, fast service at this jiffy lube. I came in expecting a hard upsell and recommendations for services that I didn't need. Instead I got a quick service with no upselling and a pleasant clerk. I docked the star just because of the price. I guess there is an upcharge for a place like jiffy lube were it is quick service.
