I was intially set to rent a Camry from another company down the street. Because of their dishonest ways of conducting business and lack of customer service, I brought my business to Budget Car Rental.
I got a 4Runnner for about the same rate as the other place was giving me for a Camry.
Ben and his staff were very professional and polite. I personally base my decision to come back as a customer on how well a business provides service. Ben and his staff have certainly met my expectations and if I ever need a rental, I will certainly consider Budget Car Rental in Downers Grove. -
