Avis Car Rental

I am honestly surprised that there are ONLY 64 reviews on here. This location has turned into the only place I care to do business with when needing a rental. Ali (location manager) is incredibly attentive, patient and helpful. Above all, he's genuine. I had an unfortunate circumstance occur with my last rental and the first question he asked was, "Are YOU okay?" Examples like these make it easy to be a repeat customer. Thank you!

I’ve become a more frequent renter over the last 12 months. Ali has been the person I’ve dealt with and it’s been a great experience every time. I use the Avis app for making the reservation. I would like to see this location allow after hour returns through the app. As easy as it is when Ali is there, my schedule doesn’t always allow me to get there before closing time.

I have been very pleased with working with Ali at this Lombard Avis/Budget franchise. I have had to rent a car for weeks and he has been wonderful about making it as easy for me as possible, particularly doing his best for me to keep the same vehicle. It's a very small location but don't let that deter you. The service and the flexibility, as well as the vehicle has been great. You won't be disappointed. I certainly wasn't!

I rent frequently from the Lombard Avis location. Ali, the manager, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've never had a any issues; however, if I did I'm confident he would have handled them to my satisfaction and in a professional manner.

Most importantly, I know I can count on a car being available for me when I need it, and I plan on continuing to rent from there, largely because of Ali.
