I bought my Amara longarm from Mike last September, primarily because he and his wife were so responsive to my questions and to my interest in purchasing a longarm machine. Recently, the machine needed an adjustment and I called Mike. He came to my home within a day and quickly made the adjustment. I appreciate the quick response and for the wealth of knowledge Mike has with the machines. I highly recommend this business!

I just wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know what a great experience I had with Mike Gilomen of Mikes Machine Shop. I live in Washington State and after being very dissapointed in the place I bought my Avante from I was nervous about buying the Pro Stitcher. After doing a lot of research I just happened to call Mike's Machine Shop. I talked to him a long time on the phone and he answered all my question. He also let me know he was always available by phone to answer any other questions he may have. So after a lot of thought I bought from him, oh and by the way he is in Illinois. I couldn't be happier. He flew to my house and for the next two days taught me so much about my machine and the Pro Stitcher. I learned so much in those two days. When he left I was really feeling quite comfortable about my first REAL quilt. I have done 4 now one a week since my classes with him. Handi Quilter should be very proud of the customer service offered by this man. Wish we lived closer and had that kind of service here. Thanks Mike and Handi Quilter, I am a happy quilter.
