I made our latest flooring purchase for First Congregational Church to have all first floor flooring installed. Previously we had our sanctuary installed by them. April was a gem to work with. She was professional, friendly and courteous. As our church is old we wanted sometime that fit the character of the church. With April's help we found the perfect flooring. It really does look like it could be original to the church. The installation crew was just as courteous and professional. I highly recommend Lutjohns and will continue to use them for any future flooring needs.

April was amazing to work with on our kitchen remodel! She had the best ideas and didn’t overwhelm me with too many choices. She heard what I was thinking and pulled the exact tiles I could choose from. Her excitement and sincere care and concern for our project was evident from the start of our time working together. Everything was ordered and ready for installation when we were ready for it! Her installer was amazing and paid careful attention to pattern and color shadows that may make the design look differently than planned. He cleaned everything up and was always concerned that we approved and loved our new space! I fully recommend April and her team!

We had our new Luxury Vinyl Tile installed in our basement today and we’re thrilled with the results. April helped us find the perfect product at a reasonable price. Customer service and communication was great and installation was fast and professionally done.

We recently installed new carpet in two bedrooms and were very pleased with the service and the product. Amanda measured accurately so we didn’t have a lot of waste. The installers did a great job, including moving some heavy furniture! Great selection of flooring to choose from too!
