I have been renting water softners from this company for the past 10+ years in two different homes and I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. Friendly staff and quality equipment are the two best things I can say about them. My neighbors have also used them for the past 5 years or so and also have had nothing good things to say.
I had a new install done at my home this morning (water softener). I believe it was Troy and MAYBE his son?
They provided some of THE best customer service that I've ever experienced. I'm an account manager for a commercial roofing company, I know what it takes to make a customer happy, and they deliver!
They were knowledgeable, extremely friendly, efficient, clean cut, and just awesome. I like to give kudos to those who deserve it, and the two of them do.
Also, they had a nice clean box truck, it's nice to see that pull in and not some rusty piece of $*#@.
