(December 3, 2023, 9:36 am)While we were there, it was busy. The staff was working double duty to make sure all the guests was well taken care of. The owner stopped by everyone's table and asked how the food and service was. And on top of all that the food was amazing. You cannot beat this fried chicken! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant to anyone in town or visiting Batesville and Oldenburg area.

(July 26, 2023, 4:01 pm)Wonderful place to stop when traveling from Indy to Cincinnati. Quaint small town vibe and very friendly people. Food was delicious and surprisingly inexpensive.

(May 7, 2023, 11:22 am)Carryout order was ready so quickly, didn’t get a photo before we dug in because it all looked so good. Everything tasted so wonderful. Beef Manhattan, tenderloin sandwich, and pretzels were all 10/10. Can’t wait to eat again
