Charbel Harb, DC

Dr Charbel, Is amazing, he listens to you finds the pain or injury uses his medical expertise and knowledge. My pain was reduced tremendously with series of Chiropatic adjustments, acupuncture and spinal roller massage heat table really reduced my car accident pain.

I've had lower back pain for years, and in the past 2 - 3 years it's gotten to the point where I was no longer able to enjoy activities I used to enjoy, and it was changing my posture and the way I walk. I'd gone to the doctor and to physical therapy, and was told this is a muscle issue and I just need to exercise it out. PT helped a little, but was temporary. Yoga helped as well, but again, it was only temporary. Finally, I went to see Dr. Charbel, though I was skeptical at first due to a history of bad chiropractors and I knew very little about acupuncture, but I figured it was worth a try. The first thing that caught my attention from Dr Charbel is he told me he only wanted to see me a set number of times. Most chiropractors I (or friends) have been to like to create customers for life and want to constantly see you. After the first acupuncture appointment I noticed a HUGE difference in the way I was able to move. By the 4th visit, I was moving better than I had in years. I'm now coming up on my final visit and yesterday I was doing heavy yard work with very little pain today. I consider this a major win for my back. I fully believe if I keep at the exercises that Dr Charbel prescribed I'll be at 100% in no time.

Update:
I became a first time dad shortly after getting my back fixed, and many times during the past year and a half I have felt extreme gratitude to Dr Charbel for giving me full range of motion again, which has allowed me to get on the floor to play with my daughter, or toss her in the air, or spin her around.
And when I overdid it a few weeks ago and put a knot in my back, I knew not to wait and made an appointment. After just a few visits I'm back to feeling like myself again, and Dr Charbel keeps reminding me that I need to continue my exercises.

I absolutely love Dr Charbel and everything he has to offer in his office. I regularly get an adjustment, acupuncture, and light/short massage. He is willing to work with my unique and sensitive body so I get the most benefit from my visits. I was afraid when I moved to Indy that I would not be able to find a chiropractor that works with my specific needs and Charbel definitely does that and even more! I have fibromyalgia, among other health issues and he has been able to help me have more better days than not. I typically have a lot of head, neck, back, and calf pain. He has helped me tremendously with these trigger areas. Him and his staff are always amazing and personable. They definitely know how to make you feel part of the family. I have also tried the new infrared sauna and that is amazing as well. I felt very refreshed and relaxed after each use. I never thought I would be excited about sweating so much. ;) I would recommend Dr Charbel Harb and everything he has to offer in his office to everyone I know. I truly appreciate how they have impacted my life!

I've been to many different Chiropractors (and other sports med specialists) and in my experience, Dr. Charbel is the best. I have worked with him on and off for two years, shortly after my first full Ironman. He helped assess where my functional weakeness are and gave me daily exercises to correct them. As a runner and long distance triathlete, my functional limitations have caused injuries and stress on my body. This season I feel better than I have in years. In addition to acupuncture/dry needling, ART, TENS, and Functional Movement System stuff, he has all the best equipment: cryotherapy tank, float pod, traction table, infrared sauna, and normatec boots. Thanks to Dr. Charbel, I've been able to build my base again and get ready for several long endurance races this year. He and his staff are AMAZING.

I had previously used acupuncture in Chicago for other sports injuries. When my sciatic nerve became irritated in my right hip and quad, I went to Dr. Harb because I didn't want to take drugs that would only lessen the pain. The pain was so bad that I had difficulty putting weight on my right leg after sitting for more than 10 minutes. Dr. Harb has treated the pain with acupuncture and massage. I am able to stand now and put weight on my leg. I feel very good after only a few treatments.
