Prevail Prosthetics & Orthotics

Hi I'm working with Stephanie in the Indianapolis office. Was seeing another prosthetic company and then found Stephanie. She is kind but yet a bulldog when it comes to finding the best solution for me.
I trust in her and today we are getting my prosthetic leg correct. That's saying alot as I've had many issues . But we are close and I am fortunate I found her and her knowledge, as well as her determination . I would recommend Stephanie to any new amputee .

I visited Pravail to be fitted for a new AFO. Aaron Plawecki, a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist assisted me. He answered all of my questions and explained how the process works. He took time to review how I walked to see how my current AFO was responding. Aaron asked questions about why I wanted a new AFO and what I was hoping the new one would provide. He also asked about my current activity level to help him form an opinion of what type of an AFO would best suit my needs and disabilities. I was thoroughly impressed with him! Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was greeted by Lauren who was very pleasant and helpful with insurance questions.
