(October 4, 2018, 10:28 pm)Terry was a great guy, very responsive and had a great time with him. I made the mistake of not asking for the cost of repair before he began or wouldn't have bothered. Cost $226 for a $65 dollar part and a 15 minute fix. Higher end cost online said max would be around $160. Always ask for price up front I guess.
Edit: Updated to 4 stars after some discussion with my girlfriend, it WAS very quick service and we were able to diagnose the problem without him having to come out, so he is very knowledgeable. -

He did not try to trick me into paying him to come out and fix it...he gave me a few trick to use and told me that if it does not work that it would be time to invest in a new washing machine. (August 24, 2018, 9:17 am)I called on Sunday about my noisy refrigerator and a technician was out on Monday morning. He replaced my condenser fan and the fridge has been running great ever since. I was very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

I have had them fix my washing machine and my refrigerator (twice for different issues), and they fixed my mother-in-law's refrigerator as well.Their diagnosis fee is lower than any other I have seen. When you call, they will often offer suggestions regarding how you might try to fix the problem without them even coming. They often show up within a few hours while others schedule days out. They aren't fancy - no big trucks with fancy logos - they just show up with their tools and fix the problem.
