  Best and friendliest gym. The coaches take the time to work with you. Everyone has their own journey from very light weights and walking to some who work with heavy weights and run. I just had shoulder surgery and Coach Ken is working with me one on one so I'm not just sitting around for 8 weeks. They have workshops that help with your nutrition, mindset, certain area body strength, and many others. From the first day I stepped into this gym, I have always felt like I belong. I can't say enough good things about this gym.

  Can’t say enough positive and wonderful things about Angola CrossFit they have been nothing short of AMAZING in my new healthy journey and helped me stay positive to push myself everyday and very encouraging!! Love all of them it’s like a family in fitness!!

  Great Gym! Great environment! Coach’s take the time to learn each individuals strengths and weaknesses and offer ways to improve on both.

  I have always found it intimidating walking into a gym setting. Lifting barbells was never something I would do on my own. CrossFit Angola is not like the other gyms. They are better. The coaches here are very motivating and offer all kinds of variations of the movements so the workout of the day will meet me where I am in my level of fitness. No one body is the same and they get that. Going into CrossFit Angola has become a daily habit for me, and is the highlight of my day! I absolutely love this gym!! Keep doing amazing things guys!!!

  I have been a full time member of ACF for almost a year. As a member of this community, I’m surrounded with an amazing team of full time coaches who continually work with me to help me reach my goals in getting healthier, stronger and fit. It’s a positive environment filled with members of all ages. The coaches provide a great foundation for everyone and will work with each member one-on-one to tailor the workouts to suit their needs while still providing an effective workout. From the start of the workout to the end, the coaches are there to encourage and support you. The members at ACF are just as great. Everyone supports everyone. It’s a great way to meet new, amazing people who you will soon call your friends. I often refer to our members and coaches as my CrossFit Family. They genuinely care about you. Every one matters.
