His approach is unlike any other coach I have ever had. If you want results just bring your effort and open ears. As a college wrestler I strongly recommend stopping by you never know what you might learn!

GJ offers a seasoned and knowledgable staff that uses a scientific approach to achieving optimal results. I would be insane not to mention that GJ has the best equipment I've ever seen in a public gym. I'm a collegiate strength coach and I frequently make the 2 hour trip to learn from head coach Jared Olson. I've leaned on his mentorship and knowledge to foster growth as strength coach! (July 15, 2018, 12:22 pm)I can't say enough good things. Training with jrod is more than a game changer it's a life changer! Him and Dawn are awesome. There is a plethora of information swimming around in the head of his. Coming to his class I wanted to become safe and strong. Shortly before I joined I had hurt myself in the gym it was nearly 2 weeks before I recovered. I have always struggled with alot of back pain, groin pain, and hamstring.ive been training with jrod and truly I've never felt better. His CSI training is amazing not only did I find out the weaknesses I needed corrected I also realized how wrong I was training and hurting myself before and never knew it. Last but probably the best part in being successful in his program for me. Never have I ever been made to feel like "I'm the girl" or that there was any judgement from anyone. Everyone is very kind and encouraging and the knowledge you gain from him sets you up for success. I've seen gains so quickly with him as well! What more could you want?!
