    Reasonable price for 2 bedroom ... Utilities are out of date but thats not a big deal

    Moved in August and it been great, Christina was helpful with the move in process. The are usually prompt on Work orders and tackles them within 24hrs. The neighborhood is great and easily accessible. Nice and quiet spot to live and some great amenities around the area. No complaints so far.

    Really decent apartments for the price, the 1 bedrooms are really spacious. Never had a problem with management on anything. I think Christine is the managers name and she is super nice. She would send me emails when I got packages in the office.
    The only issues I've ever had is that people don't want to pick up after their dogs (the complex provides several doggie waste stations and even provides bags) and management is trying to crack down on that. The only other thing would be there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers per building and people like to leave their clothes in it for hours which sucks if you need to do yours. But none of that really has to do with the apartments themselves.
    The only reason I'm planning on moving is due to location, otherwise I would definitely be staying.

The fire was reported at The Retreat at Mill Creek Apartments at 87th and Pflumm. Two children sustained moderate injuries in the fire, officials said. They were transported to a nearby hospital and are expected to fully recover. Another person had minor injuries but refused treatment, officials said.
