Perfectly located by tons of convenient places. Staff is always kind and friendly to my family. So glad we found The Retreat at Woodridge.

(October 8, 2018, 10:37 am)I've lived here a little over a month now. Very short commute to my college in Overland Park. My apartment is a one bedroom "Elm". Love the closest in the dining room for storage/pantry. The kitchen has plenty of storage space. My bedroom closet isn't a walkin but I have a larger bathroom with closet space. So far maintenance requests are completed quickly. Maintenance staff has been friendly. Pretty quiet apartment complex.

(October 4, 2018, 3:40 am)I live in a one bedroom unit, the floor plan is “The Elm”. I especially like the spacious bedroom and the BIG walk in closet. So much more storage space than a one-rod sliding door closet more normally found at this price point. Bath is nice sized with tub/shower and large vanity. Galley kitchen has older appliances but they are all fully functional. I cook virtually all my own meals so I appreciate that. In the eight years I have lived here, maintenance has replaced my toilet flush valve, kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, oven “bake” cal-rod unit, and dishwasher. All of these repairs were done within a reasonable time period and completed correctly the first time. (New dishwasher is sweet). The new ownership has improved the lighting around the parking and common areas and upgraded laundry, pool, and fitness areas. I guess you would say that I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend to everyone.

(October 1, 2018, 10:57 am)Only good things to say about this place! These apartments are located near 69 and I-35, which is very convenient. It’s also a short drive to Shawnee Mission Park. I’ve had a good experience with maintenance requests being handled in a timely manner, and the people in the leasing office are super friendly! Nice amenities too, all for a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

(September 17, 2018, 7:52 pm)I toured The Retreat at Woodridge ten days ago, and I was very impressed. The office personnel was great, the pool was lovely, and the model apartment itself looked so welcoming and comfortable. The workout center was an added plus, and I absolutely loved that they had a sand volleyball and tennis court... and even a SAUNA! Amazing. With all the amenities they have, and the staff obviously taking pride in their property and in the tenants' comfort, I highly recommend checking out The Retreat at Woodridge to consider for your future home! :)
