Rabbit Hash River House

This place is amazing! Tons of windows and great views of the river. The home is well appointed. The back patio area and balcony offer additional fun places to hang out. We enjoyed watching the deer and bald eagles from the balcony!

If I could sum up the experience at "Kick Back" I'd simply say: "Everything was even better than our highest expectations!"
If you are considering renting any other properties in the area, forget it, this is the one!

Location was as perfect as you can ask for, with a great view of Rising Sun, Indiana across the water - even better than in the pictures. Very quiet, very private, with a cozy place for a bonfire to relax (thanks for the wood and supplies to get started!).

The floors were immaculate, bathrooms very clean, incredible master bedroom shower. All the amenities for cooking were available. Easy instructions and lightning fast communication when I had a couple questions. Martine, you took care of all the little things, and that attention to detail counts! I will definitely be looking for this property when we visit KY again.

We had a wonderful time at this home- very clean and comfortable with large gathering places and an exceptional entertaining space. The river side fire pit was also a nice added touch. The hosts are very detail oriented and ensured an exceptional experience by all.

What a great place to get away!! Was so impressed the minute we arrived 😍 Had all the amenities you could ever need. The house and property were pristine. Short walk to all the oddities Rabbit Hash Historic District has to offer. Can’t wait to visit again!!!!

We can’t wait to stay here again! The river house is beautiful and has a wonderful location overlooking the river and a quick walk to Rabbit Hash! Everything in the house is top quality and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were above and beyond any other rental I’ve stayed at. We had so much fun making breakfast outside in the outdoor kitchen area even though our visit was in November and it was chilly. We can’t wait to go back next summer. You can even have a bonfire next to the river. We were extra appreciative of the fact that they have a mini crib and a very nice high chair for babies, it is already hard enough packing for a little one and not having to bring those two items was fantastic!
