  It is an awesome place to workout, see results & feel good about yourself! All if the coaches & staff are phenominal & encourage you to give all you can to feel the best you've ever felt! There is not a negative thing that I could say about Orange Theory!!

  I didn’t know what to expect but I had a great experience! They don’t make you feel guilty or give you awkward pep talks. Just correcting your form, which is appropriate to avoid injury. It sounded like a dance club so was a bit intimidating at first, but the music actually helped me focus. The short intervals between sections helped the time pass quickly. Best workout I’ve had in years. I left actually feeling good about myself and getting back into shape.

  Orange theory has changed my life! I actually look forward to working out and have never felt better. The workouts are high energy, fun, & very effective. Also, the trainers and staff make the experience even better by creating a community that makes working out so much fun! I’ve always had some type of workout routine incorporated in my life but after starting OTF I have noticed a huge difference in my strength, endurance, happiness & overall health. Highly recommend! :) I will never switch gyms!

  Love this place! Started out as a once a week warrior. Seeing the physical results from just that, I am now going twice a week. High intensity workouts with great personal reward and equally great coaches to help you stay focused. Feels awesome to be a part of something that makes you feel awesome. See what I did there? Five stars!
