It was a real pleasure to work with Jean selling my home of 40 years.
I met Jean through my son who also had used her as his realtor to buy his new home. I explained my reservations from the very start. She was extremely patient and eased my decision making process.
Jean came to my house and told me what had to be done without any cost to me in order to sell my house quickly. Once everything was finished, Jean immediately got a professional photographer to take pictures inside and out of the house.
The house needed to be updated, but I didn’t have the means and finances to do that.
Jean was able to put the house on market as is. Within a few days I got an incredible, acceptable offer. The rest is history!!!
Jean then found me the house of my dreams in a quiet suburban area (family oriented) as my neighborhood before.
