    This apartment is really homey. Very nice layout. Soft comfortable carpet in all the rooms. Great accessibility for the handicap. Kitchen has top shape appliances. Room are spacious.

    Finally. Someone who cares a much as I do. I’m very much grateful for the new management. She really cares for the community and professional. I am also appreciative for the work orders being done ✅ New update soon.

    Property is fairly well lit. The units are spacious and up to date. Requesting maintenance: I’ve had to use the maintenance crew a few times & they were quick & professional to fix the issues. Property management has been pretty good since the new management. I can honestly say, she’s been very understanding & reasonable. The young lady with management is very kind & I believe will go above & beyond to do whatever she can to accommodate the residents of Pine Crest Apartments. (Shout out to Ms Lynisha Phillips!)

    Lynisha is a very professional, well spoken, kind and knowledgeable property manager. She is always in the office plus she is extremely caring and helpful. I always feel comfortable talking to her and seeing her smiling face. She has made Pine Crest a clean safe and peaceful place for me to call home.
