We have been very happy in all the years and decades we have owned Oracle vacuum cleaners and org air cleaning machines the service is impeccable we go in a couple of times a year do our normal routine of service get the parts we need for anything that wears out and our products the slim line and the handheld back and the air cleaning machines have all held up impeccably thank you very much to Eric and to the staff for making it through all of these very difficult times

I do not write reviews, but after using my Miele Vacuum, I had to endorse this great machine. I purchased a MIELE Dynamic U1 upright RED Vacuum Cleaner from Mr. Ken on 5/16/20. He demonstrated all the features and benefits of the vacuum cleaner in the store. He also offered to assemble the vacuum cleaner before I left his store. I was really impressed with his expertise and service. Could not wait to get home to try it. WOW! DOUBLE WOW! What a great vacuum cleaner. The swivel head is like a ZTR lawnmower. Twist the handle with your wrist and the vacuum turns on a dime to go in the other direction. The suction is unbelievable. When I was ready to vacuum, I turned the on/off switch to on. The first motor engaged which was the suction motor. Then I turned the Powerbrush switch to on while on the carpet. When I did, the vacuum cleaner started moving forward like it was self propelled - how nice. This feature made vacuuming so much easier on carpet; I was amazed and extremely satisfied with the performance. On hard surface the Miele rolls so easy, it was a breeze cleaning those floors. Happy vacuum days with my Miele Vacuum cleaner are ahead and I will look forward to vacuuming the floors. Would I recommend the Miele Vacuum Cleaner? YOU BET! I called to see if they had belts for my vacuum and to get a price. My phone call was answered promptly and courteously by a friendly voice. She told me that yes, in fact, they had the part, the price was more than reasonable, and she asked me to bring the vacuum so she could check it out for me and install the belt. My natural response was, "how much will that cost?" To my surprise, the answer was "nothing."

I arrived at the store to find the person I had spoken with who took the vacuum from me, cleaned it up, offered to change the bag for a very reasonable price (I accepted), fixed something I wouldn't have even thought to do on my own, and then taught me all kinds of useful hints. When I inquired about canister vacuums, she was so helpful in answering my questions and then told me she had a used one in stock (which I bought because I felt the price was great.) I left with my vacuum looking like new and smelling better than ever! I spent more money than I intended because I was super happy with the service provided. I even bought fragrant wax melts... They have a huge variety in stock.

It has come up in conversation several times with people since my visit, and I continue to give glowing reviews. Let's keep them in business!

Aparna is the associate that has helped us numerous times. She has always gone above and beyond what I would expect for customer service. Bought my first Oreck 14 years ago and will happily purchasing another soon.
