Kimberly was ABSOLUTELY FANTABULOUS! Unfortunately she was the only worker in the building but that didn't hinder her superb work ethic. Not only is her multitasking skills outstanding. Her knowledge of the phones, deals & help with accounts is outstanding. A rave review from a simple customer as myself may not seem like much however coming from someone who works in customer service I hardly see such dedication & passion that can turn any frown into a smile. If she can't make that happen then that customer is not worthy to be in the store. A+ for this madame 10 out of 10 would recommend :)
