Wonderful experience -- Heart of Hospice has been caring for my great grandmother for the past 6 weeks and are helping keep her at home where she wants to be. She receives daily visits from the CNA and nurse visits multiple times per week, as well as chaplain and social worker visits which she enjoys! She was nervous to sign up for hospice, she didn't want to give up her blood pressure medicine or give up hope, and Heart of Hospice has been over the moon helpful in meeting her where she is on her journey. So thankful for these people and the support my great grandmother has from this team!
