(March 12, 2018, 12:11 pm)The rebirthing breathwork circle was a first time experience for me. While I am more open minded to new avenues of spiritual growth then most, I will admit I didn’t know what to expect.
The experience was uniquely PROFOUND! I came out of circle with a refreshed and cleansed feeling. It lifted my emotional and psychological vibration levels, while also helping with cold symptoms.
I look forward to contuning the dive in to this world and see how great the benefits from this practice may help me continue to grow in my life. -

I came to the table feeling lost in many areas of my life and just seeking out real guidance and gain strength to make some big decisions about my life. We spoke briefly and I set up my first session- the first of many! I spent 8+ months working with Erin. I had never been to a 'life coach' before but had spent plenty of time in therapy in the past...Her skills and insight were so tuned-in to what I was dealing with. I felt truly heard and felt safe when I was vulnerable, facing things deep inside me I hadn't faced before. I always left my sessions feeling lighter and just ready to take on the world! I am now living on the west coast and finding my way out here. I carry with me the tools Erin helped build with me and I know my life has changed for the better. She had such an intuitive heart and really cares. Its so rare to find that these days, even with the people closest to us! I've mentioned this to her before but I always "wish I could carry around a mini Erin in my pocket". But she really has helped me and I feel stronger, empowered, and walk through life a little bit lighter :)
