I went to the office in the Woodbridge Mall. I been going to them for years and they are amazing. I went there for my yearly visit and Dr. Arora found something and I been doing all the steps that she has ask me to do. My eyes has been doing great. The girls in the front Sam and Anna are amazing. They go over my fees for the glasses and I pay with with PayFlex card and give me all the receipts I would need. Not once I ever had a problem with anyone. They take good care of their patients. It’s more like family when I go there.

My daughter and I were very well taken care of at Cohen’s in the Woodbridge Center Mall. It was our first time at this location, we were greeted with a genuinely warm and friendly “good morning”. The smiles and caring demeanor made the atmosphere feel welcoming.
Dr. Haberman and Anna were professional, polite, down to earth and thorough while performing their duties. They were extremely informative, ( We’ve never had an Optometrist show us a photo and explain in great detail about our eye balls. LOL) It is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help.
Furthermore, Anna was awesome at helping my daughter choose new frames. Thank you both for your efficiency, helpfulness and kindness, much appreciated.

First and foremost, if you are searching for an excellent eye specialist look no further than Dr. Haberman. Talking about a thorough eye exam with state of the art eye equipment and excellent care and explanation from Dr. Haberman regarding any eye condition you may have and what she provides to treat it. Customer service and total professionalism all around. I love the care that's provided and Dr. Haberman is a keeper once you have experienced the love, caring and time that she put in to help with all your eye care needs.

Tl;dr great customer service and a surprisingly effective combination of professionalism and pleasance

I was at this location 3 times recently. First was for my initial eye exam and picking out my glasses. Unfortunately I forgot the name of who helped me the first time, yet my time was split between one of their salespersons/customer service folk as well as with Dr. Arora. She was very helpful and the process was informative and she was as personable and professional if not more than what I was expecting.
The second time was to pick up my glasses. It was a much quicker interaction. There were two people at the counter and both were polite and the process went as well as exchanging my name for some glass circles could go. As others have mentioned. I got a generic Cohen's case instead of a branded case for my glasses. Not really a big deal. It snaps shut and has fabric lining and a hard outer shell. It'll get the job done.
My third visit (today) I mentioned the case and was able to get a larger case without needing to jump through any hoops. Even though they were quite busy they did what seemed to me a great job of making sure everyone was taken care of. My main reason for atopping was to get a second pair of glasses before the end of the year and insurance policies reset. So thank you Sam and Dr Arora, as well as everyone else working in the Woodbridge Cohen's Fashion Optical. It's almost a shame I replace my glasses so I frequently.

I had the BEST experience at Cohen’s in the Woodbridge Mall yesterday. Dr. Arora was so kind, and really heard what I was saying about my vision. She recommended a different kind of contact lens than I’d used before and explained how they might need a little adjustment period. She spent way more time with me than she had to, but she made me feel like I mattered as a patient and she wasn’t trying to hustle me out quickly. I will be sending my husband there for his vision check next month. Highly recommend!
