  I worked with Kathy to purchase a pellet stove for our house and she was great! She took the time to go over a few different options, didn't force anything and was helpful during the process. We went to a few different places to find a stove, but after dealing with Kathy it made the choice easy to go with Costellos!   Kathy helped us choose the perfect hot tub for our needs. Delivery was super smooth. Any time I’ve had questions about the tub’s operation, water quality or maintenance she has been extremely helpful. I’m so glad I chose Costellos’s and Kathy. It’s just great to know there’s someone I can go to anytime I have a question.

  i recently purchased a Wellis Hot tub from Kathy at the Edgewater location and she was a great help. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Delivery and set up was great. I needed some help on a few items once the tub was installed and i got answers right away. Even though it was a weekend. Very Happy.

  We purchased a hot tub with the help of Kathy at Costello's late last year. The experience was pleasant and painless. It was a big decision and Kathy helped us pick the best spa for our family home. We have not had any problems with our tub and were happy with the price we payed and the choices of tubs was great. I would not hesitate to return to make another purchase with Costello's!

  I’m in the Real Estate business, specifically designing and building Custom homes here locally and I can tell you I’ve found that it’s not a guarantee that I will get an exceptional experience these days with any purchase, but when I do, I like to share my experience so that others can benefit as well.
  
  Matt & Mike made this Hot Tub purchase for my wife a breeze. They were above the market standard with their price promotion and they’re lead time was ahead of schedule by 2+ weeks. Did I mention that the GFCI box was included in my purchase? That’s a $150 value. The day before going to check out the model I was interested in, I called Matt and he coordinated with Mike for a 1st thing Saturday morning wet test. We were sold on the service in addition to the Bill Frog product we were looking to purchase. There was no rush, no pressure to purchase etc. I’m still awaiting delivery a little more than a week from today, but I’m confident the delivery will exceed my expectations just as the purchase has.
