  Sam makes it a pleasure to bring my car in for service even when I’m coming in for something unpleasant. Sam always calms me down and assures me that she’ll take good care of Logan. Sam sends me timely updates with my vehicle’s status and provides an estimated completion time with every visit. I never have to worry about transportation. Whether it’s a shuttle or a loaner car Sam makes sure I get to and from the dealership in a timely fashion. I didn’t purchase this car at this location like I did the two vehicles prior to this one but I’ll certainly be purchasing my next VW here because I know Sam will always take good care of me.

  I decided to go to this location because I read good reviews and I heard good reviews from friends and family. My personal experience was amazing. I purchased a vehicle on Saturday and received wonderful customer service from the moment I walked into the dealership until the moment I got in my car and drove off. I worked with Brendan Thomas who was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and just a wonderful and cool person overall. I asked him a ton of questions and he was able to provide precise and detailed responses. He was also kind enough to take a trip to Owings Mills to bring back another vehicle for me to view. I ended up choosing this particular car. ???? Josh in the finance department was great as well. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, Brendan advised me he put gas in my car and free gas is always a good thing. ???? I would recommend this location to anyone interested in a VW and especially to work with Brendan. Thank you for your wonderful service and Happy New Year.

  I purchased a Jetta SE from Henry. There was a great deal of miscommunication between myself and the managers at the beginning; however, Henry was critical in the negotiations and was very helpful with helping me reach a price and payment plan that I was conformable with. He was constantly in communication with me and always available to answer my many questions. Without his help, I would not have purchased my car from this dealership..

  Best car buying experience ever!
  Excellent customer service. Great prices.
  Everyone was great from the moment I walked in the door. They made me feel they cared about what I wanted. Josh was an awesome finance manager, he was quick and efficient and made me feel at ease.
  I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
