I have always received HONEST and FAIR estimates. They have always gone out of their way and above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The key loyalty factor for me was the fact they fixed my car in 2 days when another auto shop had my car for a month, couldn't fix, basically told me it was a paper weight, and charged me $1000.00 after the fact.
I have recommended them to several friends and have never had a complaint for leading them astray.
We use to take our vehicles here when we lived in town and loved Steve. Recently we were coming through from Massachusetts and our car decided to die. We took it to Steve and not only did he take it in promptly but repaired it in a timely manner all at a reasonable price. Wish we could pack Steve up and take him to MA!
My husband and I were very happy with our experience at Columbo Auto. Steve is a helpful, hardworking, trustworthy and experienced manager/technician who will go out of his way to fix the problem! I am so happy to have my car back working properly! I will recommend his auto shop to others!
